About the Role
As our Creative Design Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports marketing, corporate communications, digital campaigns and internal initiatives.
You’ll work closely with different teams to conceptualize, design and deliver creative assets that align with AIICO Capital’s brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives and campaign assets.
- Produce compelling visual content for marketing initiatives and corporate communications.
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, campaigns and events.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into visually impactful designs.
- Apply AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and creative output.
- Support photography and videography projects when required.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who possesses the following:
Essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across multiple formats.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (highly desirable)
- CapCut
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills
